Ahead of a major clash against Deportivo La' Bangduck Academy, Jordan Scott has praised the efforts of in-form goalkeeper Michael Riske. The Team WoW striker went so far as to label him the best in the game. "There is no doubt Michael Riske is the best keeper in futsal at the moment. He's got the safest hands in the game, simple as that."
The German-Filipino goalkeeper has seen remarkable improvements in his game since joining from Spoof in the summer of 2008. This season's second round clash agains Final Solution earned Riske a cleansheet; a rarity in futsal. In more recent matches, the big man between the posts has undoubtedly been the difference, pulling out some remarkable saves from difficult situations.
With Team WoW sitting on fourth place and facing significant defensive issues, Riske will have his work cut out for him again tonight. See him in action from 5:50 at Aurora Stadium.
